- Highly trained and motivated staff.
As mentioned earlier, we invest heavily in our staff. We also incentivise them to go that extra mile and ensure that our clients needs are catered for and at all times a high standard of quality is maintained.
- Qualified and experienced guides
Our guides are registered, accredited and highly experienced. They undergo a rigorous selection process which includes
first aide courses, educationals and finally a tour on which they are assessed before they start These tours includes the Peninsula, Cape Town Wine Route, Whale route and township tours.Depanding customer satisfaction, they will then move on to Kruger Park and Garden Route tours. Their performance is evaluated on
a daily basis and their remuneration is linked to the level of passenger satisfaction.
- Hands on management
Safaris and Tours operates on a parallel management structure, whereby everybody is responsible and involved in
catering for our clients needs. It is not unusual for the managing director to take telephonic bookings. Another
director is known to assist with the collection of passengers from time to time. Thus creating a seamless workflow between all roles within the company ensuring the best possible service for our clients.

This facility ensures that we can track and trace any discrepancy and also serves as a tool to verify telephonic information given to us by the client.
- Well maintained fleet
Safaris and Tours has one of the largest fleets of small touring vehicles. Most of our vehicles seat between 10 and 15
passengers, thereby ensuring smaller groups and more intimate touring. We maintain and managed our vehicles regularly, by our fleet department. Our vehicles are not older than three years old and are all in impeccable standing condition.

Safaris and Tours booking office is open from 07h00 to 23h00 seven days a week, 365 days of the year. Despite this,we also have an after hours dedicated line, should you wish to call at later . We are here to answer any questions you might have no matter what time of the day it may be.
We have designed a booking, plotting and account management system which records, tracks and plots all Cape Tours bookings. From the time that it is inputted to the generation of the invoice and final confirmation each process is diligently taken care of. This ensuring your booking will never be lost or forgotten and the account pertaining to that booking is automatically generated.
